A woman could fight along well with the big boys.
The blog site Expendables Premiere published a couple of photos of actors Sylvester Stallone and Yu Nan from the upcoming “The Expendables 2.”
Nan plays a Maggie, one of the newest members of the Expendables team.
The film also stars Jason Statham, Liam Hemsworth, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Jet Li, Chuck Norris, Dolph Lundgren, Scott Adkins and Terry Crew.
Here is the synopsis:
Barney Ross (Stallone), Lee Christmas (Statham), Yin Yang (Li), Gunnar Jensen (Lundgren), Toll Road (Couture), and Hale Caesar (Crews) – with the newest members Bill the Kid (Hemsworth) and Maggie (Yu) aboard – are reunited when Mr. Church (Willis) enlists the Expendables to take on a seemingly simple job. The task looks like an easy paycheck for Barney and his band of old-school mercenaries. But when things go wrong and one of their own is viciously killed, the Expendables are compelled to seek revenge in hostile territory where the odds are stacked against them. Hell-bent on payback, the crew cuts a swath of destruction through opposing forces, wreaking havoc and shutting down an unexpected threat in the nick of time—six pounds of weapons-grade plutonium; enough to change the balance of power in the world. But that’s nothing compared to the justice they serve against the villainous adversary who savagely murdered their brother.

The film is directed by Simon West and written by Stallone.
“The Expendables 2” is scheduled for release in theaters on August 17.
