New ‘Avengers’ Pics!

I have some new photos from Marvel’s The Avengers for you below. The pics come from ComingSoon.net courtesy of this month’s issue of Empire.

Synopsis:

Nick Fury and the international agency S.H.I.E.L.D. bring together a team of super humans to form The Avengers to help save the Earth from Loki & his various membered army.

What’s your favorite Marvel movie so far? I’d say Ironman, but Captain America: The First Avenger is a very close second.

Are you guys excited for this one? I know I am.

The Avengers comes to theatres May 4. Fan boy favorite Joss Whedon is directing with Robert Downey Jr, Chris Evans, Chris  Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Hiddleston, Scarlett Johanson, Jeremy Renner and Samuel L Jackson.

    Favorite Marvel movie of the Avengers, Philip?
    IM1 with RDJ is awesome, but the pure bravery of Captain Amrica…
    Steve Rogers’ courage, self-lessness, and overall humnity, is amazing.
    Myself coming from a family of soldiers the size of Steve as ‘Big’ Cap…
    And, not ‘Little’ Rogers… The fact he wanted to ‘serve’ his country…
    No matter the cost to himself, and keep picking himself up… Inspiring.
    Plus, I like to think in Captain America, somewhere, is the Rocketeer…
    Exists. :-)

    Yes, I meant Marvel Avengers’ films. I don’t think my top would change even if did include all Marvel films.

    Cap is my favorite Marvel movie, so far. I really dig Iron Man as well, but that’s mostly due to Downey’s performance, as the story was pretty paint-by-numbers.
