E3 2012: ‘South Park: The Stick of Truth’ Video Game Trailer

“South Park” producers Trey Parker and Matt Stone teamed up with Obsidian to create “South Park: The Stick of Truth” video game.

The video game looks very much like an episode of “South Park,” which was the intentions of the producers.

“We can make a game to that makes you feel like you’re in an episode of South Park,” said Stone to the E3 conference attendees.

In addition, Parker admitted they had to map out South Park for the first time on the locations of all the sites. For the TV show, the characters never really walked to one location to another—they simply just jump to the next scene.

The video game will also be Kinect supported that allows taunting of enemies and initiating attacks with voice commands.

“South Park: The Stick of Truth” will be released on March 5th next year.
