    Both Blade Runner and Kingdom of Heaven were cut down by the studios and the extended cuts were released years later. The fact that this pic was not even in the movie makes me wonder if the same thing happened with Prometheus…

    Scott reveled in a recent BBC interview that 30mins would be restored for the Blu-Ray – it’s a shame they weren’t included, I’ve a feeling it will tell a better story.

    They should have left the scene with the elder engineer in the movie at the begining. Hopefully it will be included in the directors cut later this year.
