‘Epic’ Trailer

20th Century Fox has released the trailer for the upcoming animated film “Epic” starring the voice talents Beyonce Knowles, Colin Farrell, Josh Hutcherson, Amanda Seyfried, Johnny Knoxville, Aziz Ansari, Pitbull, Jason Sudeikis, and Steven Tyler.

The film is set to hit theaters on May 24, 2013.

“Epic” is a 3D CG action-adventure comedy that reveals a hidden world unlike any other. From the creators of “Ice Age” and “Rio,” “Epic” tells the story of an ongoing battle deep in the forest between the forces of good and the forces of evil. When a teen age girl finds herself magically transported into this secret universe, she must band together with a rag-tag team of fun and whimsical characters in order to save their world…and ours.

“Epic” is directed by  Chris Wedge.

And I have a strange urge to see Act of Valor again….

How was Act of valor? My friend says it kicked azzness..but, im not convinced.

The trailer music is the same as the first trailer for Act of Valor. Its a good, but the seals are not top tier actors though.

Totally agree, Seals are not that good at acting but it’s pretty good action flick. Just watched a few days ago.

Yes the action was well filmed, did not make me dizzy like Bay’s spin around crap. And a some of the scenes were tributes to real life events.

So, Ferngully and Avatar had a baby. Huh.

Maybe one day we’ll get an animated fantasy film that won’t pull its punches. I’d love to see select installments of the Redwall series adapted into a film chronology. If adapted uncensored, that would be multiple brands of kickass.
