Lindsay Lohan is actively trying to resuscitate her once promising career, and she’s hoping Scary Movie 5 has enough juice to do that.

The Wrap is reporting that Lohan is in talks to star in the fifth installment of the horror parody franchise. There’s no word on her character, but considering the movie is reportedly spoofing Black Swan, there should be two female leads.

One is going to Ashley Tisdale and since she was cast first let’s assume she’s playing the Natalie Portman character, which would mean that Lohan is most likely playing Mila Kunis’ role. Although, with the way she’s been looking lately, I think Lohan would be more suited for Barbara Hershey’s character.

I still don’t understand why the filmmakers chose Black Swan to parody. By the time Scary Movie 5 is released on April 19th, Swan will be going on three years old. I always thought they’d go the found footage route with this one, but what do I know?
