‘The Expendables 2′ Behind-The-Scenes Featurette

Lionsgate has unveiled a cool behind-the-scenes featurette for the highly anticipated action sequel, “The Expendables 2.”

The film stars Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Chuck Norris, Liam Hemsworth, and Jean Claude Van Damme.

Film is due out August 17, 2012.

“The Expendables 2″ was directed by Simon West from a screenplay written by Sylvester Stallone.

The Expendables are back and this time it’s personal.

Barney Ross (Sylvester Stallone), Lee Christmas (Jason Statham), Yin Yang (Jet Li), Gunnar Jensen (Dolph Lundgren), Toll Road (Randy Couture) and Hale Caesar (Terry Crews) — with newest members Billy the Kid (Liam Hemsworth) and Maggie (Yu Nan) aboard — are reunited when Mr. Church (Bruce Willis) enlists the Expendables to take on a seemingly simple job. The task looks like an easy paycheck for Barney and his band of old-school mercenaries. But when things go wrong and one of their own is viciously killed, the Expendables are compelled to seek revenge in hostile territory where the odds are stacked against them. Hell-bent on payback, the crew cuts a swath of destruction through opposing forces, wreaking havoc and shutting down an unexpected threat in the nick of time – six pounds of weapons-grade plutonium; enough to change the balance of power in the world. But that’s nothing compared to the justice they serve against the villainous adversary who savagely murdered their brother.

That is done the Expendables way.

Have a look at the behind-the-scenes featurette below.

If i see JCVD do his Helicopter spin kick to someone’s face>>>then I will be satisfied. Oh, lets not forget CN doing a roundhouse to adjust someone’s nose. 80′s action movies..where men had muscles and said little..but got laid by the babes.

Didnt know that stallone face is partially paralized..thats why you get the classic speach problem with facial expression.

That was more of a mini-featurette. They abused the 60 seconds with very little substance, just information from Sly that we already know. I’m still going to see the film when it comes out regardless, but if you’re going to whet my appetite, a minute of fluff isn’t going to “blow my skirt up” as Heston says.

I always wondered why his mouth was twisted.
