Jennifer Ehle may sign up for RoboCop, reports Deadline. If she joins the cast she will be playing Liz Kline.

Quite the thespian, Ehle has won a Tony Award for best actress in The Real thing, as well as Best Featured Actress in The Coast of Utopia. Ehle has also had screen roles on The King’s Speech and The Ides of March.

If she joins RoboCop she will be acting alongside Joel Kinnaman, Gary Oldman, Samuel L. Jackson, Abbie Cornish, Jay Baruchel, Jackie Earle Haley and Hugh Laurie.

RoboCop is directed by Jose Padilha. It will hit theatres on August 9, 2013.
