The International trailer for Walter Salles’s On The Road is now online. It features more of Kristen Stewart’s dirty dancing and even a snippet of one of her many nude scenes.

On The Road is Walter Salles’ brave adaptation of the once-deemed unadaptable novel by literary great Jack Kerouac. It’s a road film about young writers and their adventures that eventually lead them to self-discovery.

Here’s the official synopsis:

After the death of his father, Sal Paradise, an aspiring New York writer, meets Dean Moriarty, a wild and infectiously charismatic ex-con. They hit it off immediately. Determined to avoid the pitfalls of a narrow, prescribed life, Sal hits the road, joining Dean on what evolves into a life-changing physical and emotional odyssey. Thirsting for freedom, they discover the world, the ecstasy of experience, the connectedness of humanity and ultimately themselves.

The film is led by Stewart, Garrett Hedlund and Sam Riley, and also stars Viggo Mortensen, Kirsten Dunst, Amy Adams and Elizabeth Moss.

The film premiered at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year, and the response was mixed. However, critics praised Stewart’s unorthodox role as the 16-year-old Marylou, and made a big deal over her nude scenes. Mainly because she’s known for her non-sexual role as Bella in the Twilight series.

The international trailer offers never-before-seen footage, and a glimpse of Stewart riding in a car with boys, naked (and sweaty).

There’s still no set release date for the film.
