Andy Nyman Joins ‘Kick-Ass 2′

Actor Andy Nyman has joined the cast of Kick-Ass 2. He will be playing Tumour in the sequel. I’m not sure what is the correct spelling of the name. Nyman’s site has it spelled “Tumour”, but I’ve seen it spelled “Tumor” as well.

I haven’t read Kick-Ass 2 yet so I’m not sure how Tumour fits into the storyline, but Comic Book Movie has him listed among the ranks of “The Toxic Mega Cunts” in the comic. You have to love the mind of Mark Millar!

Kick-Ass 2 begins filming in September under the direction of Jeff Wadlow. Matthew Vaughn, who directed the first film, is producing this time around.

The plot of Kick-Ass 2 will be taken from the comic, as well as Millar and John Romita’s Hit Girl book.

Kick-Ass 2 hits theatres June 28, 2013.
