The Grid updated their page for Lobo, the adaptation of the comic book starring Dwayne Johnson, with this log line:
Lobo, a powerful alien bounty hunter, lands on Earth in search of four fugitives who are bent on wreaking havoc.
It lists the producers as Joel Silver and Akiva Goldsman, with Johnson as the title character and Don Payne (Thor, Thor: The Dark World) writing the script.
How do you feel about this one?
Can Hollywood do justice to Lobo?
Is Johnson a good fit for the role? He definitely has the physical presence, but he usually just plays “The Rock” in everything. Do you think he can ditch that persona and become Lobo, or do you think it fits the character?
