‘Halloween (1978)’ Theatrical Re-Release One-Sheet

John Carpenter’s Halloween is getting a theatrical re-release starting October 25th, and the fine folks over at ScreenVision have released a brand new one-sheet for the special occasion.

Here it is…

From the Halloween Movies Facebook Page
This October, John Carpenter’s immortal classic HALLOWEEN will be making a return to theaters nationwide. This will be the biggest run the film has had since shocking audiences in 1978 and makes for the perfect early kick-off to next year’s 35th Anniversary celebration.

Screening before the film will be YOU CAN’T KILL THE BOGEYMAN: 35 YEARS OF HALLOWEEN, a new mini-documentary written and directed by Justin Beahm, focusing on the undeniable impact the film (and series) has had on culture and the genre. The documentary will run at all screenings coast-to-coast.

Hmm, I guess it’s a great thing for fans wanting to watch it on the big screen again (or maybe for their first time) but I dunno, I had the VHS and now the DVD coply in my collection so can watch it anytime on my 40 inch TV (not so great, I know, but not that bad) so no offense but hacking out another 10 bucks for the same film isn’t so intriguing for me. I’d rather watch, ummm, I dunno, Bambi 3D? Just kidding! Have fune everyone!
