Like it or not, the first Smurfs movie was a hit, so we’re cursed with another. A new poster for The Smurfs 2 just hit, and you can see it below.

It’s a pretty clever poster. Here, have a look:

 

See, it’s a Smurf with two fingers up! Brilliant! I bet the marketing team had to pull an all nighter to come up with this.

Here’s the plot:

The Smurfs team up with their human friends to rescue Smurfette, who has been kidnapped by Gargamel since she knows a secret spell that can turn the evil sorcerer’s newest creation – creatures called the Naughties – into real Smurfs.

The Smurfs 2 hits theatres July 31, 2013
