- Joel Edgerton might join Natalie Portman and Michael Fassbender in Jane Got A Gun. He’s currently in negotiations to join the cast of the film, which will be directed by Lynne Ramsey. Principal photography begins early next year. Source: Deadline
- Barbara Hershey has been added to the cast of actors reprising their roles in the Insidious sequel. She’ll, once again, play the role of Lorraine Lambert, the mother of Patrick Wilson’s Josh Lambert and the grandmother of the demon-possessed kid Dalton. - Michelle Williams next role might be in a romantic thriller by Joshua Marston called The Double Hour. She’s currently in talks to star. The film is an English-language remake of the 2009 Italian film La Doppia Ora about an ex-cop and a hotel maid who fall in love during a speed-dating event. - Johnny Depp has been cast to play a supercomputer in Transcendence, created by the filmmakers of Inception. It’s being reported that the plot involves a scientist whose brain gets uploaded into a supercomputer with the aim of creating the world’s first machine that can think for itself.
