20th Century Fox has released the first film clip for the fifth “Die Hard” film, “A Good Day to Die Hard” starring Bruce Willis, Jai Courtney, Cole Hauser, Amaury Nolasco, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.

The film was directed by John Moore from a screenplay written by Skip Woods.

Check out the film clip below, which features John McClane showing the people of Moscow how they drive.

Bruce Willis is back as iconoclastic, take-no-prisoners cop John McClane, who for the first time finds himself on foreign soil after traveling to Moscow to help his wayward son Jack (Jai Courtney) – unaware that Jack is really a highly-trained CIA operative out to stop a nuclear weapons heist. With the Russian underworld in pursuit, and battling a countdown to war, the two McClanes discover their opposing methods make them unstoppable heroes.

“A Good Way to Die Hard” hits theaters this coming Valentine’s Day.

Just not excited about this film. This whole sequence feels very staged :(

Is this another Man of Steel trailer? Sorry but the reason why the first Die Hard worked was cus John could get hurt and injured. He was just an everyman who was in a shitty situation. He couldn’t jump 20 feet in the air, he made mistakes along the way, he did things that were semi-plausible.

This and especially the last one made it look like he was a superhuman who could be shot buy a gattling gun with no ill effects. They need to humanize the guy or just give up and drop the series.

the editing is horrible. I seriously hope this is not how it is in the final film

I missed it. When did he get shot by a gatling gun?

I agree that the editing and sense of geography are disastrous in this clip. The jarring splices are unforgivable and there is no fluidity to speak of. I can only hope that it’s been edited down from the theatrical cut to fit the short running time of the clip, though I fear the worst. I also wish to submit that I recognize that punching sound from the Indiana Jones films. It may even be the exact same one.
