Rumors for “Anchorman 2” have been buzzing for what seems to be forever and now fans will be getting exactly what they want. There is also news as to who else will join the Will Ferrell-led cast.

This goofball comedy will now feature the talents of former “X-Men” James Marsden. Another recent addition is reportedly Kristen Wiig. The cast will have the same familiar faces like Christina Applegate and Steve Carell.

Details are under wraps, but mayhem is expected to ensue for the wacky bunch. If feminism was there main travail in the first movie, maybe Ron Burgundy’s inept transition into internet reporting will rear its head.

“Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues” is planned to be released by the end of this year.
