New TV Spot for ‘Carrie’

Screen Gems has released a new TV spot for Carrie entitled “”Unique”. The film stars Chloë Grace Moretz, Judy Greer, Portia Doubleday, Alex Russell, Gabriella Wilde, Ansel Elgort, and Julianne Moore.

A reimagining of the classic horror tale about Carrie White (Chloë Grace Moretz), a shy girl outcast by her peers and sheltered by her deeply religious mother (Julianne Moore), who unleashes telekinetic terror on her small town after being pushed too far at her senior prom. Based on the best-selling novel by Stephen King,

Carrie is directed by Kimberly Peirce from a screenplay written by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa.

    Boy, how to misfire on every level. It doesn’t look like there’s one single aspect of this opportunity that they didn’t fuck up. Whuf. Set this one in the dollar bin next to the Amityville Horror and The Fog remakes. Good thing they were only aiming at getting teeny-bopper money on the first weekend, because that’s all they’ll have to show for it. Nobody will be talking about this generic Twilight wannabe past a month from now.
