Why is charlie sheen called Carlos Estevez?

  • Mallet

That is his real name. I’m not sure why he is using it now. Maybe because this film is geared towards a Latin American / largely Hispanic audience? Some sort of marketing thing by the studio?

It’s marketting for this film yeah, the hispanic theme is a huge part of these movies. It is his real name though, the Estevez/Sheen family are from Spain.

It’s some kind of an in-joke. They’re “introducing” Carlos Estevez.

Danny Trejo – can’t go wrong. Thanks Robert!

Is Rodriguez trying to be Tarantino with these “exploitation” movies? He’s failing, what ever it is he is going for, he should be making more stuff like Sin City. That movie was brilliant, but everything after has been shit.
